Doctor Who reference in Pokemon B2W2? Headcanon accepted.
The best thing about Kelly's schtick -- mixing non-issues with satire -- is later on, when in the ridiculous realm of politics, it becomes an issue. Which has happened a few times
I can make the hitbox smaller than the sprite. That might help.
SMBX has its own rules as to what you can and can't change. Furthermore, nobody has the source code for it other than the creator and he ain't talking. So yeah, lots of variables that aren't changeable.
Supposedly he was told by Nintendo that they were gonna shut his shit down if he didn't stop first. However, it's widely believed that this was just something he made up because he wasn't interested in developing SMBX anymore and wanted out.

Who knows
That sounds like a load of bullshit to me. The amount of Mario clones and physics engines out there are countless. If I'd hazard a guess, I'd think he's embarrassed of his code.
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
@Lee: Heh, the "Beautiful Ohio" one is actually our latest plate, though they're set to introduce the so-called "Ohio Pride" plate in April of this year. (This was actually announced in late 2011 for a 2012 roll-out, though it was delayed for some reason.)
Well, the thing is, American drivers are stupid. That's not just self-deprecation, either; the US has some of the loosest driving test standards in the world.
Decades ago we tried it without the yellow arrow, but people had a tendency to stop paying attention and keep trying to turn once the green arrow had turned off. So basically the point of the yellow arrow is to get people's attention so they know the green arrow is ended and they must now yield to oncoming traffic.

Possibly. It also seems to be generally agreed that, while SMBX is fun, it's also kind of shoddily programmed.

Ages 15 and up? Seriously? They're not even that creepy, as manufactured creepiness goes.
(Also, note the names of the PS2 games at the end)

The best part about this one: the man at the table is obviously meant to be Kelly himself
