So, having now contacted McGraw-Hill support I've been informed that the technical issue was my instructor's fault, not theirs.
This would normally be where I withdraw the previous "fuck you" statement, but they still way overcharge for access to this shit to the "fuck mcgraw hill" remains in effect.

You know I initially thought that had to do with them selling off their TV stations.
Eh, I can hardly blame them for that. It makes sense that they'd want to get out of broadcasting.

Their TV stations only earned $97 million in revenue in 2010. OTA television is probably not as hot a business as it was in 1972 (when KLZ-TV/KMGH-TV, WFBM-TV/WRTV, KOGO-TV/KGTV and KERO-TV entered the fold), they're better known for publishing, and that revenue is probably pocket change to them anyway.

I always thought it was strange that the movie at least appeared to present this as a bad thing and yet B&B are not really supposed to be endearing.

I guess the early 2000s thing may be because the Sonic franchise has been very fond of its rock music and I associate the Adventure titles (loaded with it) with that time.
^Why did it never occur to me to listen to the song on its own before? I always enjoyed that scene.
