Why did she ask if the tree is real when she's standing close enough to immediately reach out and touch it?

I know, I'm nitpicking one of my favorite newspaper comics, but still... >_>
  • I hate christmas trees
  • I like the expression in the second in-set panel though.

    She looks so confused.

I have often wondered if Deco is from our world or not.

I wish there was a way to make my signature not wrap around the avatar.

Though now that I'm thinking about it, the second line probably doesn't even end up below the avatar for anyone who doesn't have the IP address up there...

just do what others have done for their album art work

appropriate my work (I don't mind at all)

Nah, it's something someone would have to draw specifically for it. I have an image in mind.

meh. I'll probably just end up using a picture of the desert or some shit.

In a dream within a dream, I was a little kid in a black-and-white version of a Powerpuff Girl dress. This made Bubbles cry, because it wasn’t colorful enough for her.

I woke up just in time for my Dad to walk in. He said he and Mother had just bought three new cars and wanted to let me have one to use. So I quickly got out of bed and threw some clothes on so I could see the cars.

Dream-Mother had also been growing increasingly dissatisfied with Mozilla Firefox’s bloatedness, so while they were our, she and Dad “bought” another web browser, which she insisted the family use despite my insistence that I was fine with Chrome.

Mother insisted that Dad set up the web browser before showing me the cars, so he pulled it out of its packaging. It appeared to be a sliver-painted NES cartridge with a black-and white label on it. But as Dad pulled it apart, we found, much to Mother’s dismay, that it wasn’t PC software but in fact an independent web browsing device with an e-ink display.

For some reason this was genuinely disturbing to me, so that’s when I wake up. I never even got to see the new cars. :(
I'm wondering why I thought this was a dream worth writing down.

The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) was a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution designed to guarantee equal rights for women. The ERA was originally written by Alice Paul
and, in 1923, it was introduced in the Congress for the first time. In
1972, it passed both houses of Congress and went to the state
legislatures for ratification. The ERA failed to receive the requisite
number of ratifications before the final deadline mandated by Congress of June 30, 1982 expired, and so it was not adopted, largely because Phyllis Schlafly mobilized conservatives to oppose ERA.
Why the fudge would a woman do this. But, the third wave of feminism is far from over. :D
Phyilis Schlafly believed that a woman would lose out if ERA became law.
  • image Wee yea erra chs hymmnos mea.
And her niece recently wrote an article for Fox News telling women to get back in the kitchen. Yeah, the entire Schlafly family seems to be kinda nuts.

I love Freepers because they live in their own echo-chamber that has gotten crazier as the years have gone on.
