Yes. The West Side appeals to me so much more than the East Side but I've lived on the East Side a majority of my life now...
...It's bizarre to me that a metropolitan area as small as Columbus has a distinct West Side/East Side dynamic. That kind of thing must feel even more pronounced in a "real" city...
Just to put this into perspective, Columbus is (according to Wikipedia) more than twice the size of Birmingham, the second largest city in England, and nearly four times the size of Cardiff, the Welsh capital.

Hey, Corporal, how feasible do you think that would be for a normal person?
Say that I had the same supplies that Fiore had, and I spent less than six months physically preparing myself. Would that be feasible?
Walking 5000 miles across anywhere in the world requires a certain level of crazy, but let's assume a person can do it and not worry about being killed by wild animals or crazy people: Sure, I don't see why not. He was carrying only like what, 20lbs in gear? That's nothing, even for a person not in Marine shape.

Introduction
Wow, somebody actually bought my book! At least, I assume you bought my book, because you’re reading it. Unless you’re not reading it at all, but if you weren’t reading it, you wouldn’t know what I’ve written here anyway. So if you know what’s written here, you must be reading this book, or at least have read it in the past. Unless someone else who has read this book told you what it says, which I guess is a possibility.
Either way, if you are reading my book, it stands to reason that you’ve purchased it. Either that or you’ve stolen it, in which case you’re benefitting from the hard work of myself and the publisher without compensating either of us for it, as well as screwing over the bookseller, and I would like very much to spend the next paragraph lecturing you for your despicable actions. But I shall refrain from that, because I like to assume good faith in people, and as such I choose to believe you’ve legitimately purchased this book.
Or, wait, you could have gotten this book from the library, couldn’t you? Which means you’re still reading all my stuff without paying for it--but the joke’s on you, because your tax dollars went to this book’s purchase! Um, not that that’s a bad thing, mind you. Don’t, like, vote to cut funding for your public libraries just because I made an ass of myself in this book.
But anyway, it doesn’t really matter how you acquired it. I’m just glad that you have chosen to read my book. If you have, in fact, chosen to read my book.
Wow...this page is going to sound really awkward on the audiobook.

Now I just need to write a book to put that page in front of.
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
^^^^Yes
It was so bizarre that I had to seek it out after the NC tore it apart
It's not his magnum opus but still
(I don't know what I'd consider Bluth's magnum opus; his '80s stuff is, from what I've seen, pretty illustrious, he just kinda lost steam in the '90s...I feel bad when I think about Titan A.E., though)
Just so you know, if I happen to be listening to stoner metal, there is quite a high chance that I am in fact stoned. If I'm listening to pop there's quite a high chance that I am stoned. If one day I disappear and never return, it's probably because I died while stoned. If I go bald, it's probably because I have cancer.

And now I'm reblogging it here.
All y'all need to see this.
Analytic philosophy gone mad!
I hate my job and wish my manager would die in a fucking fire.
Metaphorically.
Also I heard B.o.B.'s "Airplanes II" on the way home. The version with the Eminem guest verse.
This made me feel even more like shit.
No, it is safe to say it did not.
I need to do something with my life.
