    Good times.

And it looks like you won't flood my dash with 50 posts of random video game characters and anime people withing 5 minutes.

Mainly because I'm explaining to my follower that there is a difference between thinking it'd be cool to be an animal and actually being an animal inside.

This argument, by the way, started out when I said that Grey DeLisle isn't a bad person. I think I'm physically incapable of stopping an argument until the people who I'm arguing with agree with me.
  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
I think Kex is secretly an otherkin.
  • i am a flight of stairs in a human body

Y'know, while I agree that otherkinism doesn't make psychological or biological sense, still there is something interesting about it...maybe it's a metaphor for...uh, something.

    Good idea/bad idea?
Good idea, but sadly I'm supposed to be working.
  • That's something I'd like to do soon, actually. Call me a creeper, but I'd like to be able to actually talk to my online friends.
  • Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
Honestly, even if I did have Skype, I'd probably use the text chat more often than not. I feel more comfortable typing stuff out than talking.

Not to mention the fact that the sound of my voice would probably ruin everyone's mental image of me. It's so stereotypically autistic I wonder how people can stand it.
  • Not a hybrid rabbit-skink spirit
I've grown a little more comfortable with Skype calling people

Before it was a fucking nightmare because I dunno I have some social anxiety issues or something
  • I have Skype 8ut I almost never use it, I've talked to 8oney like twice in voicechat and a couple other people from Tum8lr in text chat.
  • Doctor Who reference in Pokemon B2W2? Headcanon accepted.
ProfessorGator: well, my mental image of you is a guy who, if pushed off the side of a sheer cliff, would attempt to assess the situation during the fall instead of going into panic or shock
  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
I've never used Skype. I'd probably find it uncomfortable.
  • My webcam is broke, so no Skyping for me.

CA: Rush hour seems a little short to me. Then again, as one of my friends once described it, I come from a city where rush hour is from 4 PM to 7 PM every day except Friday, when it's 2 PM to 10 PM.

Yeah, I wasn't really all that sure about the times. I really only included them to illustrate that the signal would run a different cycle at peak hours (namely, protected-only lefts instead of protected-permissive lefts).

  • Anon: I guess. It mostly just feels good to get my body moving after a stressful couple of days.

Imi: Well, maybe not literally. But, my hands are all red from the walk.

Gator: Yeah, I really need to dig out my gloves. Sunday night, I went out with someone; it was below freezing outside and my hands were so numb and raw by the time I got home.

    You do?
Yes. The West Side appeals to me so much more than the East Side but I've lived on the East Side a majority of my life now...

...It's bizarre to me that a metropolitan area as small as Columbus has a distinct West Side/East Side dynamic. That kind of thing must feel even more pronounced in a "real" city...
