It seems to be happening with everything; so far I've tried it with my laptop, an iPod, and a mobile phone's music app.

CA also, whenever you move over to a 4-year university and given your age -- the bottom limit may be 24 -- instead of feeding money directly into dorm life they give you a pretty pretty substantial amount simply for room and board that's off of campus. And this may already qualify for you considering your GD status, but that may require a doctor's approval. Also, if you rate a disability, that is wholly separate which eases the financial burden that much more.
And I hate to bring this up, but the fact of the matter is it's there -- there's other ways to receive benefits based on your race and family income as well. I think the age limit on those are 24 as well. I would forego talking to your CC counselor and talking to one at the university you wish to attend.

Those are just off the top of my head, you'd need to speak with a school counselor to get all the pertinent info. Also, counselors at TG/TS centers will provide you with a ton of resources in that regard as well, especially in case your university needs information in that regard.

Tumblr social justice is especially infuriating to me for the simple reason that I agree with a lot of what they claim to stand for--I'm a biracial bisexual trans woman; of course I want to take a stand against racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, etc.--but in practice so much of it is just stupid or inane and often completely distorts the concepts into something completely off-base.

My favorite thing Tumblr invention that I discovered this past week was the "tone argument", that is, requesting a non-inflammatory, polite discussion is a "fallacy" (...it's not) and by requesting this, you're pushing your _______ and _______ (and don't forget your) _________ privilege on someone else by expecting them to be civil and coherent. It's basically a license they forged to let them harass and insult other people unchecked.
