@Truant: Well, They Promised Us Jetpacks already fused Mogwai-style post-rock with first-generation emo—which was already not too far removed from post-rock, given bands like Slint and Bitch Magnet—so it's not too much of a stretch.
Frankly, I'm surprised that there aren't more bands fusing emotionally-angsted post-hardcore punk and metal subgenres with '90s post-rock aesthetics. (A fusion of Tortoise and Ulver would be lovely.)
Screen falling off the door. Door hanging off the hinges. My feet are still sore. My back's on the fringes. We tore up the walls. We slept on couches. We lifted this house. We lifted this house. Firecrackers in the east. My car parked south. Your hand's on my cheeks. Your shoulder's in my mouth. I was up against the wall On the west mezzanine. We rattle this town. We rattle this scene.
An adventure is defined as an exciting or unusual experience; it may also be a bold, usually risky undertaking, with an uncertain outcome.[1] The term is often used to refer to activities with some potential for physical danger, such as skydiving, mountain climbing and or participating in extreme sports. The term also broadly refers to any enterprise that is potentially fraught with physical, financial arousal,[2] which can be interpreted as negative (e.g. fear) or positive (e.g. flow), and which can be detrimental as stated by the Yerkes-Dodson law. For some people, adventure becomes a major pursuit in and of itself. According to adventurer André Malraux, in his La Condition Humaine (1933), "If a man is not ready to risk his life, where is his dignity?". Similarly, Helen Keller stated that "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing."
Outdoor adventurous activities are typically undertaken for the purposes of recreation or excitement: examples are adventure racing and adventure tourism. Adventurous activities can also lead to gains in knowledge, such as those undertaken by explorers and pioneers. Adventure education intentionally uses challenging experiences for learning.
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
^^^^You weren't? I thought Sid and Marty Krofft's creations were pretty well-known to be theirs...
^^^Heh, you start working on your game again just as MLP:FIM's new episodes begin triggering modifications to my Paper Mario/MLP:FIM crossover
Also I'm watching the Golden Films version of Thumbelina; the animation is somewhere below the quality of the shows on The Disney Afternoon but not terrible like I'd expected it to be

It's funny how a song much, much older than me gives me childhood memories.
Of course, I'm more familiar with Raven-Symoné's 2004 version, but still. Same song.
well played, Corporal

You and my mother would get along great, then.
I do find Ikea the most fun to explore though. Every visit's an adventure. :P

Listening to an album called South Coast Stories by the rather obscure rapper Alex Harris.
It's an alright if pretty typical 90s-style album. Sounds more 90s New York than 90s Dallas, though.
I'm literally starting to turn into a pumpkin
