Doctor Who reference in Pokemon B2W2? Headcanon accepted.
Saw that picture of Dwayne Johnson on FB the other day. Apparently he has Samoan in him which means he has to train twice as hard to keep the physique he currently has
The minus world is not only a secret place, it is an AWESOME secret place.
And actually, the inspiration for Cliffs of Mu was the Waterfall stage in Contra. It even has the same music. Maybe you all are too young for that, I dunno

Ah! I thought I recognized that!
Hey, Imi, I finally agree with you. There need to be more bald women on TV. Or at least, women with crew cuts. We, as a nation, has too much long hair.
I am sure that by the time I am finished recording this tale, it will be gone. Nonetheless I feel it appropriate to jot down my memories of the events that have transpired over the past seven days as I've stayed here in Giza. I should introduce myself before I begin in earnest, my name is Nicholas Poledraught. I am a professional student by nature, and have two passions in life, boardgames of all type and make, and Egyptology. It was the latter that brought me here, of course. I'd come merely as a visit, as a simple tourist to the wonders of Egypt. I wanted to visit the Great Pyramids--who I ask, has ever come to this country and not?--well, I suppose I got far more than I bargained for in that department.
The story truly begins seven days ago, as I've said.
[....] that's when I met her. A girl, wrapped thick in dusty robes, [....] her hair was a dark, oily black, and reflected the sunlight. Around her neck she wore a crude, wrought-iron pyramid necklace suspended by a simple leather cord. I asked her what she wanted, assuming as I think most would, that she'd engaged me in such a manner for some reason. She did not respond, she only lifted her arm and pointed in the vague direction of the Great Pyramid. The significance of this did not occur to me at the time, and I was quite perplexed by her gesture. I indicated I did not understand, hoping to get her to speak her mind to me, but she merely continued pointing. I indicated again, enunciating clearly. "I. do. not. un-der-stand." I said, to this, she muttered a thickly accented "go." and proceeded to march off, I attempted to follow, but quickly lost her in the busy marketplace.
I was frankly baffled by the encounter, but I couldn't figure out why it was sticking with me in the way that it was. Surely she'd just mistaken me for someone else? Clearly that was the case, yet as I crept into bed that night in my Cairo hotel, I could not help but feel a sense of dread, hovering at the edge of my mind like some vast
The hardest ghosties to giggle at are the ones that come from inside yourself. The little voices that tell you that your friends don’t care about you. Those black feelings that like to whisper into your ear that you’re worthless and unappreciated. The ones that make the bad dreams linger while you’re awake. The ones that, sometimes, sound like the voice of reason.
The darkness can be intimidating, but what it doesn’t want you to know is how fragile it really is! The tiniest pinprick of light makes the shadows retreat to the corners of the room, just like the smallest bit of joy and happiness can make those bad feelings wither away. If the night feels like it could last forever, just remember that the sun will always be there to help you push the darkness away.
Honestly, I have never ate Sriracha in my life ever and I go eat in Asian restaurants a lot. Spicy food is not my thing..well except maybe black pepper but that's it.
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
I feel burnt-out on a lot of my obsessions. Type doesn't feel fulfilling right now somehow, and I could look at retail pictures on Flickr but I'm not sure I'd find it as fun as I would a year ago.

Maybe I'll make Peach bald in the final version
I keep saying that, because there are some parts I really think need improvement.
But have at it.

This cover is from 2001...hmmm, the art style looks like it came from the 1960s-1970s for some reason.
There is such a thing as pastiche, you know.
