One of the last additions I made was the warp pipe that takes you from World 7 back to World 1 - just so you don't have to trek all the way back there. I suppose that a warp area to access all the worlds would be even better.
Also, I wish there were a way to indicate which stars have been found, but as far as I know there isn't. Best you can do is write down which levels you've found them in.
