Ok so I eat very little except sometimes when mommy has a meal, and then I eat with her and feel really full and heavy and not so great and I keep being afraid that I will get fat because I have eaten more junk food than usual in recent months, but I cannot tell how fat I am in comparison to how fat I was, which was not very fat? I think if I notice that I am getting fatter I will resolve to just stop eating things until that changes. >.> In fact a lot of times I will go through a whole day and *not* eat stuff but then mommy will be like "you need to eat!" and so I eat. I am starting to dislike eating. I just want ice cream and water and bread and soup, in small quantities, occasionally. If I get fat I will make a really bad parkourist/free runner/urban explorer/martial artist, and I want to be a parkourist/free runner/urban explorer/martial artist!

I hesitate to think that, because I question what defines "masculinity:" is it nature, or is it culture? If it is the latter, then theoretically, the established norms of masculinity could change. However, I highly doubt the brony subculture is going to make a significant enough impact to alter the world's idea of "masculinity."
Well, that was basically the problem I had with it. Obviously he chooses provocatively attention-grabbing titles (like how Homestuck is nothing like Ulysses), but in the brony one he's inflating the importance of what is really little more than a popular Internet meme, at most a subculture of sorts, and justifying this with reference to a complicated social phenomenon that's little understood and which there are a lot of misconceptions about. Which is rather silly.
