I'll elaborate on it more once I write the blog post (and link it here), but basically: I feel like I'm a girl. My body is male and society says I'm not a girl. Therefore, my feelings are invalid.
That might not be entirely rational, but that's how it feels.
I don't think that's irrational, but you're up against a silencing mechanism. It can't make your feelings invalid.

I always liked that metaphor, because it brings to mind a happy child chasing a pink balloon on a sunny day while an antinatalist goes on about the vanity and suffering inherent in existence. The child pauses, listens and tries to look serious for a second.
Then it gets distracted and goes back to chasing the pink balloon again, to the antinatalist's frustration.
