K-Mart is maybe not as big a chain as Target? (The question-mark is a cue for the more franchised informed to step in)
I certainly SEE more Targets than K-Marts.
^ No worries, I'm sure that was a bit out of left field for me. But this place feels nice and inviting, and I'm almost ALWAYS in the mood to post here.

According to Wikipedia, K-Mart has about 1300 stores in the US, including 49 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
According to Target's corporate site, they have about 1750 stores in 49 states.
So I guess Target is a bigger chain, at least by that metric.

...How exactly does one quote another using this interface?
Copy-paste what the person said and then highlight it and hit the "indent" button. It will just show up as an indent in the post editor, but when you post it'll look like this quote here.

Wal-Mart claims to have 9600 stores in 28 countries, but I haven't found how many they have in the U.S. alone.

Oh wait, here it is. Wal-Mart has 4400 stores in the US, though that includes Sam's Club stores as well.

"Is Wal-Mart bad in any way?"
It has something of a reputation for not always treating it's employees well. But it's likely GOOD for the economy in the sense that it provides jobs and cheep goods to keep people going, etc...
There's probably some opinion that what it is doing is BAD, but I have a feeling that would likely come from Wal-Marts competitors if anything.

For some reason the one thing that stuck out to me about that song was that it is apparently old enough that "Czechoslovakia" was still a thing.

I thought so. Weird.
You know, after the split, they altered the lyrics of the Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego theme song, so instead of "Czechoslovakia" Rockapella sang "Czech and Slovakia". But you know, that's an educational show about geography, so they had to keep it accurate.

I'm on the third one (Trials and Tribulations) right now, though I haven't played in a while.

So something I've noticed--though I don't have a picture yet, unfortunately--the new style of City of Columbus street seems a bit "off" at times. Namely, when the street name includes a letter with a descender, the whole name is shifted up a bit to make room for it, leaving it annoyingly off-center.
I ran into an oddly incongruous new street sign on the way home. The text looked bigger than usual, though now that I think about it I'm not sure if it was or if it just seemed that way because suddenly there was a sign in a place where I did not usually see a sign, and also because there was a building situated so that I didn't see it until I was right by it.
Either way I blame CA for this being notable.
I'm gonna get all mushy on you guys and thank you for responding to my comments. It really endures me to this place
That was very sweet, even if your spellcheck gave you a word almost exactly opposite to the one you were looking for.

Huh, I read it as "endears" even though you typed "endures".
Just shows how much a difference context makes, I guess.

Both of these just scream "carelessness" to me:
That second one doesn't even have a properly-rendered fraction!

^ The "Exit 1/2 Mile" part is too big, at least. And it's in mixed case, and has an inline fraction.
