Honestly, I'd probably just get bored and start being lazy if I was in charge of the world. Or, feel heavy pressure to make the world run smoothly, procrastinate on my duties. Either way, stuff wouldn't get done and everything would go to shitsville.
Also, I just realised that evo-psych people seem to be making the same shallow, pessimistic criticisims of human nature as anti-natalists are. In this case, it's "we're no better than base animals with the mindless fucking" instead of "life in general is pain", but I can also see how it'd be easy to marry those two concepts.
Just because the media find it entertaining and profitable to show shallow twits partying and fucking each other's brains out in da cloughb or whatever doesn't mean that everyone is that self-absorbed, and I think that's the thing both the evo-psych people and the anti-natalists either miss, or are ignoring on purpose.
