I imagine if a Junie B series were made nowadays it would be Flash-animated...which could work, I guess, but only if you went with much more stylized character designs.

I'd wondered what the animation unit of ABC Lionsgate would be called...I like your "Ctrl+Freak Animation" idea, at least for the anonymity it has (you'd have no idea it was the animation unit of them).
CA:I would prefer traditional animated, in order to better imitate the original drawings of the series. It's not like all cartoons nowadays are flash (just most it seems).
For some reason, as a kid, I thought that creepy/crappy/weird show Angela Anaconda was some sort of adaptation of the Junie B books because the characters looked similar. However, that is the last style I would want JBJ to be as a cartoon.

I would prefer traditional animation for Junie B--it would certainly let us get closer to the style of the original illustrations--but I was thinking it would be shoved under "edutainment" and as such be given a low budget.

I was under the impression that it was a Protestant belief that God interferes directly with the world and punishes people who do bad things, while Catholics instead think that they are punished in the afterlife for being bad.
My church always told us that we're all sinners who deserve to go to hell, but fortunately there's Jesus so we don't have to worry about a thing. Also, we should still try anyway cause it's the right thing.

I imagined some uninspired thing where the words in the company's name would pop on the screen, one-by-one, with each successive layer shrinking in size before the appearance of the next one. All this would be on a yellow background, with "CTRL+FREAK" in white and "ANIMATION" in black. The music would be these sort of beeping noises.
Honestly it seems like a placeholder for a more inspired logo.
