That's been my reasoning too. I think that's what you should do unless the employer specifically says you can't use them as a reference for some reason. (Personal references, you should definitely ask first, though.)

I have a ZNES for the Super Nintendo too. And a PS1 emulator, but it's hard to find ROMs for and the program itself is very tempermental.

Right, see, my honest answers were "no, no, sort of" but if I were actually doing that application I'd say "yes, yes, no"

Depends, does the game have other merits? Or is "hard platforming" the draw? Cuz I like some games that are hard platformers, but not because of the hard platforming (eg. Outland, which I like because of the gorgeous artwork and interesting concept)

I assume they think those weird rounded portions and those sheared portions that weren't already in the typeface made it look contemporary somehow.
That could be...but my theory is that Mojo Jojo came and started trying to shred the town's logo to bits, but the Powerpuff Girls stopped him after he'd only done a few cuts.
It looks pretty good, especially because they went to the trouble of replacing the types with new ones and creating a bunch of touhoumons with divergent evolutions and fun stuff like that.
Well there are several different games called Touhoumon. I play Merry's Version which uses the same types as the original but has different movesets (and moves in some cases), that's the one with the divergent evolutions and revamped Pokedex entries.

As for Battle Network, beat those games back when I had an Xecuter on my old Xbox. I don't remember much about them.
