When I was younger I had a little tin pyramid-shaped necklace I liked to wear. Forget where I got it, though. Dunno what happened to it either.
If it makes you feel any better, surgery for that kind of operation is both advancing and becoming cheaper at a steady pace.
I don't know if that helps. I'm the kind of person who finds comfort in statistics sometimes, but not everyone does.
