I mean like, sure it's not as socially conscious and important as their self-titled debut or Fear of a Bird Planet and it's not their fiery rebirth on Some Fly Shit but it has no bad tracks other than Featherbrain itself, Birds of a Feather(F*** Together) has an infectious hook via some ingenious sampling of Saint-Saëns and Shittin' On The Statue of General Lee is one of the few truly funny rap album skits.

The Messiaen samples always felt a little on the nose to me, and they used them a lot for a while there, but maybe that's just part of the style. Jane could probably give better context here.

They're re-purposing what they feel like is his appropriation of bird culture for their own purposes, it's very complex and interesting.

some notes, because I'll be damned if I'm going to let this sit unappreciated:

the sticker says "Another Featherex Banger". The name means nothing but label stickers like this used to be somewhat common
Track 2 refers to Jim Jones (of The Diplomats) track "We Fly High". Stan Spit is a real (though quite obscure) rapper who was dissed by Cam'Ron (also of The Diplomats) effectively ending his career.
The Youngbirdz introduced on track 3 are a play on The Youngbloodz
4 is mentioned in the op
so is 5. The Zack de la Rocha feature is a joke about his feature on another song with "Fuck" in the subtitle
7 is basically just a joke about posse cuts. One of those people is real! Can you guess which?
10 is based on something Klino said once
12 is the name of a real Lil Wayne track
