    I'll be honest, the tendency of bronies to cross MLP over with the same-old-same-old nerd interests instead of anything different has always kind of disheartened me. Or maybe that's just what gets featured on Equestria Daily...

    I think most of the things they talk about are common to any group with a particular strong passion.
