This is my favorite game to play with my friends. Basically, we each liken X to "Y meets Z meets A meets..." etc. For instance:

Pulp Fiction meets Highlander

The answer is Baccano!, as it has an ensemble cast, features organized crime and is centered around a MacGuffin in a case (like Pulp Fiction) and has immortals who can only be killed in a specific way killing each other off (like Highlander).

Whoever guesses it right first gets the privilege of the next round. I'll start:

Ghostbusters meets Call of Cthulhu with a sprinkle of Men In Black, an extra helping of Constantine and Ghost Rider and a side dish of Wolfenstein.

Well, yeah, it was obvious that Pulp Fiction influenced Baccano a lot.
