I see the "kids are awful I'm never having kids lol" thing a lot and it bothers me, because someone who actually does think that is my stepdad, who left our family to run off with some woman a decade his junior and now only sees his children one day a week and has an extremely transparent disdain for all three of them.

It just bothers me a little, is all.
