Which do you think would be easiest to do telekinetically: turning their car stereo volume up uncomfortably loud, burning out one or both headlamp bulbs (obviously I won't try this one at night), or just kinda giving them a minor headache?

1. Stop time, without stopping your or their bodies.
2. Calmly walk up to their cars.  Observe their bewilderment.
3. When you are sure they are paying attention to you, gently but slightly menacingly shake your head at them.
4. Walk back to your car.
5. Resume the flow of time.
