Also I watched that video and they've been saying this stuff about empowering women for years and years, just about verbatim

I look forward to a day when we don't have to hear about "strong women" as though nobody ever does that sort of thing

I thought Good Charlotte lost a member and reformed as a pop band named The Madden Brothers? Huh.

As for the movie itself, I feel like the concept actually has a little bit of potential but whatever was there was wasted on Adam Sandler's brand of comedy, which has grown tiresome for me over the years. I've kind of stayed on the fence over whether or not I think it'll suck.

If you want to see it, though, Myr, don't let any self-doubt keep you from doing so.

I've come to terms with largely preferring this sort of movie to movies that are technically "good" over the past year or so.
