I am having thoughts about them

Remember GO Network?

    no
  • I actually do, to the point where I recall the green light logo being A Thing

I wonder if that Yahoo portal ripoff they put up at go.com is still available...

RIP The Site Formerly Known As Go.com

To be honest, ABC always felt vaguely bolted-on to Disney, and it always seemed like more of a Time Warner property to me

It's even more bolted-on now, because in the old days they at least tried to make ABC seem more organically part of Disney

As much as it must weird out fans of Marvel and Star Wars that those are Disney properties now, they at least fit Disney better than ABC does (Star Wars more so than Marvel, though)
  • To each their own, I guess.

I feel like they've got a decent amount of corporate synergy. Wonderful World of Disney, Agents of SHIELD and Once Upon a Time and all that.

Other than that it seems like Disney wants ABC to die. What with the bare minimum of sports (useful for retrans bargaining!) and all
