It doesn't show up in a lot of these "'90s/2000s childhood" things (understandable for the 2000s, as that's when Back in Action flopped and Time Warner decided that meant we didn't want the Looney Tunes anymore and started de-emphasizing them)

But it's not specifically a 90's/00's thing. It's a universal constant. Like the early Disney films or something.

that's because most Looney Tunes were not made in the 90s.

there were a couple, but other than "Invasion of The Bunnysnatchers" I don't think most are that well regarded.
