When we first got recycling service around here, the raccoons would try going in the recycling bin.

Because they hadn't worked out that there was no food in there. Only the green one has food in it!

if your town does not have a recycling service, you do not have recycling.

They do in Walnutport, where our new house is, but they didn't in Palmerton. If you wanted to recycle, you had to do that shit yourself. Because fuck the environment.

Well, like, we could have recycling service before, but you had to contract the pickup through a private recycling company and most people didn't bother because they didn't want to pay for it.

But now the City of Columbus provides it as a free city service...
