I'm pretty sure it's not possible to attain that on purpose

Is this one of those neurotypical things

i think it just implies an expression of evil intent

the eyes are windows to the soul, yada yada

might indeed be a neurotypical thing
  • More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
    Nuerotypicals, how do they work?

    “I'm surprised. Those clothes… but, aren't you…?”
I'm... probably not 100% neurotypical, and I know what people mean when they say that. Certain forms of it can be mimicked if you have a really good actor playing someone, but... real psycho eyes can't really be imitated all that well. Look at a picture of Ed Gein or Gary Heidnik being lead to court, or Rasputin at his peak, maybe Hitler or Stalin depending on the day. It's like looking into the eyes of a starving wolf, or an aggressive reptile.
  • I think that gets installed when you really fall off the edge.

Like, there's this guy who comes to your door and he's like 'special delivery' and then he sprays something in your eyes and you're just angry at everything forever.

Their eyes don't dilate properly, is what it is. They are constantly (or conversely never) in fight-or-flight mode and it shows in their eyes: Either their pupils are always too large or always far too small.
