    LibreOffice.

    For some reason I like to use Microsoft Office for school stuff and LibreOffice for personal stuff. Dunno why.

    Makes sense; presumably the college computers use Microsoft Office and (correct me if i'm wrong) the two aren't compatible with one another.

    They're mostly compatible, but every once in a while there are formatting issues, so since I already own Microsoft Office it's easier to just use that when I know someone will open my files with it.
