Live from The Snoring Tree (A Rayman Thread)
Oh look, the only thing I think I may have managed to plug more than Stuck! :P
but yeah, anyway, it's a thread about Rayman things. For the uninitiated, it's a series of French platformers by Ubisoft that focuses on a guy, also named Rayman, who has no limbs and repeatedly has to save his dreamworld home from whateverthefrak.
It also has a spinoff series about some lunatic lagomorphs, the quality of which is somewhat nebulous.
So I'm playing the second and third games right now because I'm obsessed. Got some progress done on the third one earlier, and I beat that one boss that made me lunch meat last time, Reflux. Currently I'm up to the seventh world of nine, the Summit Beyond The Clouds, and I think I can safely say that this is the only game I've ever played in which sticking one's tongue out and gurgling at enemies is considered a superpower, and a useful one, at that.
I'll probably have a full review in a couple days, but I do like it. Has some issues but it still manages to be enjoyable nonetheless.
