Correct:

If someone, for any reason, would deem that a video appearing in this
channel violates the copyright, please inform us immediately before you
submit a claim to Youtube, and it will be our care to tell that someone to go shove it up their ass.

There's actually literally nothing you can do to prevent a video from having copyright claimed on it aside from fighting the claim, even then, that will only get the video put back up, not prevent it from being blocked in the first place.
