There are a lot of characters in the base game, so I am not sure if it would be worth it to go through all of them. How about a list of a few for some heapers that were not included in the first one?

Some people would really like to see Bandana Dee make it to Smash and I do not think they would consider him a joke character. I do not know a whole lot about that, but I do know that one proposed moveset give him a pig riding move.
