In the original books, Pooh's love of honey was just one of his traits.  He was inventive and curious (see the story of how he invented poohsticks), a skilled poet (Pooh busted out some sweet rhymes), something of a philosopher (though he wasn't very good at it), and a good and caring friend (he let Piglet live with him in a moment of supreme generosity).

Piglet's nervousness was also just one of his traits.  He was unhygenic (after Kanga washes him, nobody can recognize him), resourceful (when his house flooded, he grabs paper, pen, and bottle and makes a written call for help instead of panicking), sincerely generous (he gave his house to Owl without even knowing that Pooh was going to let him live with him; a true selfless sacrifice), fond of making up stories (trespassers w becomes Tresspassers William, Piglet's grandfather), and, when push comes to shove and lives are on the line, brave (he helped rescue Pooh and Owl when they were trapped in Owl's fallen house).

Christopher Robin also had a lot more character in the books, he was as central a character as Winnie-the-Pooh (Milne always spelled it with the hyphens) or Piglet.  Disney pretty much wrote him a much smaller role.

Tigger wasn't quite so central a character in the books; but an important trait of his is being a very picky eater (he hates basically every food except Extract of Malt); and a Kit-Carson-Like perfect sense of direction/place (he can find his way through the misty forest and can find Rabbit no matter how hard Rabbit tries to lose him).  The Disney version also gives him some legitimate moments of awesome and bravery involving cliffs (the Tigger Movie you know the scene, yes you do; retrieving that one page of Piglet's scrapbook in the Piglet Movie; and retrieving half of the Map in that one movie where they were looking for Christopher Robin).

Eeyore, admittedly, was a grouch and a pessimist; but he managed to turn an empty jar of Hunny and a popped balloon into a game (balloon in, balloon out, balloon in, balloon out, yay!).  Also, the image of him in the rain sitting on a cliff is from the episode of the Disney show that shows him as having a core of sincere happiness inside; and being cared about by his friends.

Owl isn't so much narcissistic as he is a pseudo-intellectual who likes to ramble on and on; who doesn't know nearly so much as he thinks he does.  He's an inveterate teller of long, boring anecdotes much more than he is a self-aggrandizer.  He's also the brains of the group, along with Rabbit.

OCD is more of a crippling need for organization  that prevents action from being taken.  Rabbit takes action and makes up elaborate plans after organizing stuff.  He's also practical and much more of the brains of the group (along with Owl) than an obsessive straightener of paintings  Rabbit is a good friend in the books who cares more about his friends than details; the control freak aspect of his nature was added by Disney.

So, no.  That psychological assessment is bee ess.
