I just saw it happen outside my window, this teenage girl was running away while handcuffed and the cop that was holding her falcon punched her in the face and put her back in the car.

Fun story: I think the Phoenix New Times reported about a Hispanic guy who died or was in critical condition after being repeatedly tased and/or pepper-balled in one of Arpaio's prisons.

That was probably several years ago, though, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mexicans died daily in AZ prisons for various reasons even today.
