After Spencer's arch-nemesis Chuck pulls his latest prank on him and steals his clothes, Spencer finally gets rid of his nemesis by getting Chuck sent to military school. However, Chuck's younger brother Chip begins to hate Spencer and terrorize him more than Chuck did. Meanwhile, Gibby buys a Galaxy Wars toy phaser and becomes depressed when Sam accidentally breaks it while beating up a bully. Freddie fixes it, but also modifies it into an actually working heat laser gun. During an iCarly webcast, Chip antagonizes everyone with loud music, making it impossible for them to continue. Downstairs, they find Spencer, who has been tied up by Chip. Gibby sets his phaser on "Overload", causing it to overheat. Before it explodes, Spencer throws it down the hallway where Chip is preparing a tub of super glue for another prank. The exploding phaser blows up the tub, and Chip gets thrown back by the explosion and glued to the elevator's doors. When Spencer and the others go to check what happened and find him, Carly says that they can't leave Chip like this. Spencer agrees, then sprays cream on his butt before everyone leaves. Gibby tries to salvage his phaser, but Freddie confirms it's gone beyond repair. This is iCarly's 100th episode

When Sam's longtime friend, Dana, is released from the juvenile detention facility, Carly really wants to meet her, but Sam doesn't think it is a good idea. Later on, while they are at Groovie Smoothie, Dana invites Carly to her party, and Carly couldn't be any happier, but Sam knows that Dana is up to something. Meanwhile, Spencer has some fun with a pair of night-vision goggles that he found. At Dana's party, Freddie and Gibby arrive in order to help Carly, but instead end up getting tied up and tortured. In the end, Sam arrives just in time to rescue them and beats everyone in the party with her butter sock.

Jimmy Fallon invites the gang to New York after Carly dedicates a webshow to him parodying his famous skits. Gibby bought street pants and caused a few problems during the show. While the gang starts dancing, Gibby's street pants accidentally fall down and he isn't wearing underwear, causing the NCC to show up. People start to blame Jimmy for the incident by saying he deliberately wanted Gibby's pants to fall. Carly and her friends do an episode of iCarly saying it was their fault and not Jimmy's. The NCC forces them to pay $500,000 dollars or they will shut down iCarly, so Jimmy blogs asking America for their spare change to help the iCarly gang get the money.Special guest stars: Jimmy Fallon as himself, Steve Higgins as himself, The Roots as themselves, Jeff Musial as himself.Special appearance by: Tina Fey as herself.Guest stars: BooG!e as T-Bo.Notes: This is a special 1-hour episode. The scene where Carly, Sam, Freddie, Spencer, and Gibby are in the diner in New York City is a spoof of the hit sitcom Seinfeld. The NCC is a spoof of the FCC

Tori, Jade, and Cat decide to go to Nozu after a day of filming Beck's new movie called "The Blonde Squad," but don't take off their blonde wigs and their blue contacts because Tori wants to know what it's like to be blonde. At Nozu, Cat meets a cute boy named Evan on her way to the bathroom. After talking to him for 5 hours, she forgets to tell him that she actually has red hair and brown eyes. Tori and Robbie tell her that she is beautiful, and when Cat talks to Robbie about Evan, Robbie gets jealous. During lunch, Jade checks Evan's SplashFace profile, and shows that all of his ex-girlfriends are blondes, he likes blonde girls, and dislikes people not being themselves. Robbie has a sudden outburst and professes that Cat is adorable and any guy would be lucky to go out with her. On the night of the premiere of Beck's movie, Jade and Tori expect Cat to be herself, but Cat walks in to meet Evan wearing her blonde wig and blue contacts. During the movie, Andre's grandmother's pet bird lands on Cat's wig, and begins to shift it out of place. Beck pauses the movie as Cat runs out of the theater, followed by Tori and Robbie. Tori forces Cat to show her true self to Evan. Cat shows Evan her real hair color. Evan tells her she is beautiful, "but I'm really into blondes. Later." Cat, heartbroken, does not appreciate Tori's advice, but Robbie performs his song "I Think You're Swell" to Cat in the end. However, she only responds by saying that maybe she should dye her hair blonde. Meanwhile, Andre tries to capture his grandma's pet bird, Larry.
