hi.

I Super Lazuli is not Super Happy right now.

Mostly because my power is out, I'm typing this on one of the computers at the library, most of Lower Palmerton seems to be unaffected. Not sure why. We didn't get hit as hard as we thought we would, but there's still treebranches everywhere and shit.

Plus, this computer only has internet explorer. Which makes me go |:|

But, I'm fine if anyone cared or was worried.

This is just a general thread for any of y'all who've been affected, despite its title.

We got a lot of rain here, but it doesn't seem too bad overall. No power loss or anything.

I'm OK. Some high winds overnight, but no trees fell on my street and nothing flooded.

The office has no Internet because Comcast is out, so I'm writing this on my phone.

I'm doing okay. I didn't even lose power, which honestly is a bit disappointing since I spent so much time preparing myself for it.

It snowed heavily this morning, though. "Heavily", at least, in the sense that snow was accumulating on the ground in October, which almost never happens here.

Oh, and the office lost power at some point and then got it back, which meant that I had to reset the time on the timecard punch and the credit card swipe. A little annoying, but not difficult.

Everything issues else has battery-backed clocks, though I wish the Internet were up because the quartz clocks in the computers lose time like mad.
