It was my New Year's Resolution to read the entire series. YNTKT

I have finished, so far: The Color of Magic, The Light Fantastic, The Last Hero, Soul Music, Hogfather, Small Gods, Pyramids, Guards! Guards!, Men At Arms, Feet of Clay, Going Postal, Making Money, Moving Pictures, The Truth, The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents, and I'm working on Equal Rites.

  • Man is a most complex simple creature: see what he weaves, and how base his reasons for doing so.
Amazing Maurice was one of his best.

    And it was my first.

It's not really medieval fantasy, it's much more of parodic fantasy.

It goes wherever it needs to go, and deals with racism, prejudice, power, and other roundworld things in a fantasy setting.
  • Men at Arms was my favorite. It had a fantastic climax.
  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
I've only read Hogfather. That one at the suggestion of Aliroz. It was enjoyable, but I think I'm gonna wait a while before venturing into the Discworld again.
  • i wish to come up with a song lyric for this signature, but no song lyrics are coming to mind
I've read a lot of them. The Fifth Elephant was probably my favorite one.
