Mine's equivocation!

There are credible reports of man-eating sharks near this beach.
I am a woman.
Therefore, I can swim here safely.

    Mine has to be a tie between the thing where the person thinks contrapositives have to coexist and the composition fallacy. The second one especially because economics taught me it and I love that class.
