Why is there so little concern about inequality for those whose behaviours harm society?

    Because society at this point in time still cannot get to the point in it's collective mind that there are no real "enemies" in the world, only people who need help or just disagree with them.

    To them, they need a clear "enemy" in their mind in order to operate in the world.

    Just as some people need their thoughts of god.
