I remember when I travelled during my vagabond times, I wished I had an RV with a shower in it
Nicer showers have a more complicated control system where you just set the temperature, and sometimes the flow rate, but even those still just mix hot and cold water behind the scenes.
The concept of just heating a flow of water to the desired temperature and spraying it on a person immediately is foreign to me.
Well, except when batteries contain fire.

Like, I wanted my multi-million nucleic 50's style family, who had mauve and white themed utilities and appliances, who had garden gnomes, lawn furnitures, who all were doctors and lawyers...to squat over a piece of wood with a hole in it supported by two cinderblocks, and a bucket beneath.
I don't know why. Swapping out the glamorous for the outright gross was always so amusing.

I remember how much fun I had on Sims 2. Agreed that Sims 3 went too hard on the Cashgrab. Sims 4 haven't tried yet.
On Sims 3 I buy a Dumpster for 750 and literally just do that. Work is nice but if you manage to rummage a Computer or TV out of the dumpster you save yourself so much time.
You puke after awhile though and when you invite company over they're like "HOW THE FUCK DID THIS DUMPSTER GET INTO YOUR HOUSE YOUR DOORS AREN'T EVEN THAT BIG"
they should worship that dumpster for it is magic
