Star Wars Jedi Knight: PONY Academy
The player takes the role of Rainbow Dash, a new student arriving at Rarity's PONY Academy on Yavin IV. Rainbow Dash, along with fellow student Fluttershy, becomes an apprentice to Twilight Sparkle, the main protagonist of the previous games. As an apprentice, the player is dispatched on various peace-keeping missions across the galaxy.
As the game progresses, Rainbow Dash encounters the 'Disciples of Pie', a Sith cult who are stealing Force energy from various locations across the galaxy. The player learns that the cult is led by Derpy Hooves, the former apprentice of Twilight's nemesis Doctor Whooves from PONY Outcast. Derpy has recovered the Scepter of Ragnos, which has the power to drain and release Force energy. She plans to restore the Sith to power by using the stolen Force energy to resurrect an ancient Sith Lord, Pinkie Pie.
The story has two different endings, depending on which side of the Force the player chooses. After learning that Fluttershy has betrayed the PONIES and joined Derpy, the player can choose either killing him and turning to the dark side or letting him live thus staying on the light side.
If the player follows the non-canonical dark side, Rainbow Dash kills Fluttershy but refuses to join the Sith or help resurrect Pinkie Pie. Rainbow Dash kills Derpy to steal the power of the Scepter of Pie and, after defeating Twilight in combat, embarks on a campaign of conquest. Twilight, who is found to have survived the duel with Rainbow Dash by Luke Skywalker, laments losing both Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash and vows to hunt Rainbow Dash down. Luke, wishing Twilight good luck, notes that though Rainbow Dash has turned to the dark side, there is always hope and Rainbow Dash is not beyond redemption.
On the canonical light path, Twilight and Rainbow Dash rescue Fluttershy. Rainbow Dash goes to the Tomb of Pie to confront Derpy. After besting her in a fight, her body is possessed by Pie's ghost. Rainbow Dash defeats Pie and destroys the Scepter, banishing Pie's spirit back into its tomb after defeating it. In both endings Derpy is killed.
