Okay, my mother has somehow managed to accidentally uninstall every single program on her computer, and she doesn't have any of the original disks to reinstall, nor can she access the Internet.

Help?

Does she have any memory of what programs were on there?

If so, she can contact one of those Computer Restorer people to reinstall all of it for her.

Did she actually uninstall Internet explorer?

You can check program manager and windows components to see if it can be reinstalled automatically.

Otherwise, I'd suggest downloading a browser to a flash drive from another computer and installing it that way.

She was uninstalling Norton antivirus because there was a problem with it or something.

You could put their installers on a USB drive and transfer them over, if you know what programs they are.
