I usually think of things like steak and potatoes when I think of Texas. Also, this has led me to googling various foods and their nutrition, which has been interesting.

If a state were a food...well I guess people can count as food, or I can think of fatty foods. Not sure how to look up fat content specifically, but I could look up "fat" content -- as in, obesity rates.
