Why is this? Is there a standard to decide what stupid is? Shouldn't this be rephrased to "Everyone I do not like is ruining the world and they are a problem that must be addressed"?

Aren't IQ test redone so 100 is average within the population?

If we kill everyone who did poorly, then we have to rewrite the tests so their harder...Then people retake them and we have to kill the NEW bottom level and so forth until there's only one person left at 100...

^ Then it's "gangs are ruining the world", which is kinda true...but why would you say "stupid people", in that case?
