I actually have a lot of respect for Captain Cold, despite my general apathy for the Flashverse and the silliness of both his names. He's a professional.

The Rogues in general are the best, since they're a bunch of Silver Age villains (at least, pre-reboot) who, by virtue of grandfather clauses, have to keep up with a superhero who's been power-boosted to ludicrous levels. And they do, with a bunch of crazy sci-fi guns, souped-up toys and effing boomerangs. It's a strange celebration of the human spirit that they're able to keep Flash on his toes, despite the increasing levels of Speedforce nonsense
