It's a radio commercial for Verizon. For the most part, it's your typical done-to-death "rhyming is inherently Christmassy" kind of ad.

But they end it with "Happy Holidays to all, and to all a good night."

Really? Why even reference that poem at all if you're gonna intentionally butcher it??
