  For my passive, I'm taking Death Grip because it seems like I'm gonna be doing a lot of grappling.

  Kraken just informed me I can't take three Exploration traits in a row, so I'm going with Dispel, an Arcane Combat trait, and Well Studied, an Arcane Interaction trait, instead. And for Well Studied, I'm going with Monsters, Gods, and Mythic History as his 3 topics.

  It's moot, anyway. All the dice show success. For now. Later on I expect that we'd get variable dice rolls, where there are set range numbers that give you a wide spectrum of success and failure intensity.

Hey kingCrackers, am I level 3 or will I match the level of the rest of the party? (I'm fine either way, it's not as though being a lower level cripples in Tavern Tales the way it does in most systems!)

  I'll be picking up lay on hands (hence the healing of myself, and I think that's a useful ability for an alternate!) and summon familiar to make Mei an actual crunchy entity! I suppose as a passive I'll grab healer. seems to be very useful, and I can't think of anything else that would suit him especially well!

  Also, I gotta say, if I'm like stepping on any toes with how big an asshole Gui is, I'd happily tone it down. I mean, I'd prefer to kind of do it naturally with the upcoming fights like y'all earn his respect or something, but if I need to immediately scale it back, I'm cool with that.
