I listened to half an album by a band called Ohmu the other day. Forgot why I acquired it so went in blind, and unfortunately I was falling asleep so I had to bail halfway through. But it was cool, like a mix of Earth's more country-ish stuff and the more atmospheric, screamo-tinged side of black metal.
I have not listened to that monolith in ages. I don't think I even have it on my hard drive, which is a shame because I am way more into that sort of thing now...

If you like, I can upload it and send it to you.
Overall, my opinion of ANS has increased. It's a lot more interesting than I remember it being on my first listen. It kinda falls into the same category as Metal Machine Music for me, in that there some interesting ideas being presented on the album, but I'd find it a lot more enjoyable if it didn't give me literal headaches for listening to it for more than 5 minutes at a time. If it wasn't for the headaches, it could probably compete with Time Machines and Monoliths and Dimensions as one of my favorite Drone albums.

I shall get to that tomorrow, then! I have been squirreling away what I can find of their discography online. If I had the cash, I would probably start collecting their vinyl output. Their art is always something.
