I'm only six minutes into a twenty-six-minute track and it feels like I've been in this sonic swamp all day. Hella intense, like early Lightning Bolt but without the minimalist presentation.
(Incidentally, the title is a reference to Werner Herzog's much-lauded 1974 film about the Kaspar Hauser mystery, Jeder für sich und Gott gegen alle—"Every Man for Himself and God Against All.")

Pure malevolence.
Some of the coolest, weirdest, most in-your-face free improvised quasi-jazz I've heard.
