Ulan Bator, "Live! At the Maginot Line" => "Written on a Napkin at 35,000 Feet" => "How Does It Feel" (All the Quick and the Dead, 1993).
So, fun fact: In the same year that the French experimental band (and future Young God labellers) Ulan Bator formed, another band with from New York made their début under the same name. I did not know this at the time that I downloaded this, but it's not bad: The sound is very retro glam-rock, with a decent amount of variety, but Frank Mazza is curiously Morrissey-like in timbre and lyrical content, which combined with some pretty hollow-body lead work gives it a unique feel.
