K, so I'm trying to make a reanimator Tariel deck and I'm looking for reanimation recursion. Apart from Debtor's Knell and Adarkar Valkyrie does anyone have any good ideas?
Sheoldred is the obvious choice. She also makes an excellent target for reanimation herself.
Strands of Night fits the bill, but its cost is a bit high. Then... well, there's Unburial Rites, but you only recur that once. Not a bad card though, especially if you're dumping cards into the graveyard anyway. I guess Nim Deathmantle counts, but it feels more like a fancy way to regenerate than straight up reanimation.
By the way, have you seen Cauldron Dance? Fun card.
You can always make a space for Pull For Eternity + Mistveil Plains if you're really that crazy about getting Unburial Rites back, but it's the sort of thing that only works in one context, so I wouldn't recommend it entirely.
Anyway, there's also Emeria and Reya. And if you're looking to reanimate other people's stuff, there's Chainer who also doubles as a creature exiler if things get rough.
After one too many combos like that, Living Plane was actually errata'd to have "0: Flip the table into this card's owner's face. Any player may activate this ability."
...when has making a lot of stuff cost zero ever been a good thing? Sure, the blue Innistrad Skaabs will still have to pay their graveyard exile cost, but what about all the regular zombies?
