Increasing Savagery is pretty neat - putting the counters on something had to remove and/or with evasion could be good, and the flashback is reasonably priced.
I'm thinking there will be a "benefit from the graveyard" cycle, seeing as how we've had two spells that get a double effect when cast from the graveyard.
There definitely is, and it's three cards: Increasing Savagery, Increasing Devotion and Increasing Confusion. Wonder what the red and black ones will do - I doubt red is a direct damage spell; we already have Devil's Play for that.
I think the red one would be something like "Untap target creature. Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. If you cast this from the graveyard, it also gains double strike" or something, i dunno.
Black could be discard, or giving all your opponent's creatures -X/-X until end of turn. It can't use -1/-1 counters since they're not in Innistrad block.
Even if it can still be affected by cards that don't target it directly, that has to be one of the most "Oh Crap" inducing lines ever printed on a card.
So I like Havengul Runebinder, even if it's probably not playable.

Looks pretty playable to me. In the deck type it's meant for, you'll have many more creature cards in your graveyard than you'll ever be able to use. Probably won't make Standard or anything, but it's not unplayable.
Tragic Slip looks pretty good, though I might just be biased by the art and the general flavor indication that a zombie left a banana peel laying around. And somehow, it killed Ulamog.
Don't just Panoptic Mirror it. Next you must get out your Paradox Hazes. And in that subgame, do the same thing, rinse and repeat. And then stop playing Magic. For God's sake.

There are, in fact, decks approaching Legacy tournament quality that are designed only to keep the game going long enough until your opponent decks themselves.
"There's a great deal of dickery potential in Stasis"? There's a contender for understatement of the year. And they didn't even have this around back then.
For the deities based on the three titans, Emrakul's derivations were generally female and the other two were male. Of course, considering that their cultures couldn't remember that they were all horrible world-eaters, they could have easily got the biology wrong.
